>My First – Arrangement for Exhibition Workshop

>The Birmingham Rose Society sponsored a workshop last night on arrangements for exhibition. I am probably the least likely person of the group to be able to create an arrangement, but I thought I would give it a try. I learned alot about form, color, texture, space, lines and patterns of arrangements. I even took a stab at a “Line Mass” arrangement. What do you think?

The societies 58th annual Rose Show is coming up Mother’s Day weekend and I hope to have a few blooms to enter. Not sure if I will venture as far as to enter an actual arrangement in the competition.
