The Horticulture Division is the backbone of any rose show and allows people who attend to experience a multitude of roses in one place.
The sections of entry outlined here are only a few of the classes in which you may enter your roses. Some of the others are: Floribunda, Grandiflora, Climbers, Modern Shrubs, Old Garden Roses, Miniature and Miniflora. If you grow it, there is a class of entry for it!

Christopher R. VanCleave – America’s Favorite Rose Gardener
Nicknamed "The Redneck Rosarian”, Chris VanCleave is passionate about gardening and growing roses. He is an active member of the Birmingham chapter of the American Rose Society, serving two terms as President. In 2007, he created the Rose Chat Podcast which has reached over a half a million listeners with news and information on growing on growing the world’s most beloved flower, the rose.

Sorry you were having trouble posting. Judges are not allowed to judge a show in their hometowns. Guess that keeps them objective. I'm not sure I could ever judge a show. i'd just put a blue ribbon on everything and go home! 🙂
