“Hot Princess” is a hybrid tea rose that I believe was bred for exhibition. This sounds kinds silly to me but, nonetheless true. It has a vibrant pink color and does very well at rose shows. It is new to my garden and I must exhibit some patience while my 3-year theory of roses plays out, and this rose comes into her own. Thus far, I can report it has shown little promise. It produced a bloom this week and I have watched it carefully from bud to fully open bloom. It is a beauty and I will continue to watch and track its progress.
