Well here we are at the week of Thanksgiving and our knockout roses are still bloomin up a storm! Depicted here are the original red single knockout. I give them very little care and they just bloom like mad.

Christopher R. VanCleave – America’s Favorite Rose Gardener
Nicknamed "The Redneck Rosarian”, Chris VanCleave is passionate about gardening and growing roses. He is an active member of the Birmingham chapter of the American Rose Society, serving two terms as President. They are very pretty! Isn’t it great to have roses blooming at Thanksgiving? Now, that’s something to be thankful for! I posted about these roses today, too. They’re great roses!

It’s odd. Some varieties were gone after the first light frost, some of the shrub roses didn’t seem to mind…..
