We planted two shrubs of this beautiful rose in our garden last fall. I had seen it many times at rose shows and it had been on my “must have” list for several years. In general, I don’t expect much from roses the first year in the garden. They are putting down root and getting to know their neighbors…. This rose has really surprised me. I have cut at least two dozen long stem blooms from these shrubs since spring. All beautifully formed nicely shaped blooms. Can’t wait to see what next year brings……

Sooooo pretty. Looks like velvet. It’s hard for me to photograph red or magenta roses but you really captured this one. Great job.

I bought these locally at Hannas Garden Shop. They are also available online at SW-Greenhouse.com. They ship bareroot in early spring. Always have gotten good roses from them…..
