I took a short walk through my garden yesterday and wanted to share it with you. Some great blooms still in the garden. Watch for a brand new rose coming out next year on the video. You might want to get this one.
We are clearing beds and doing our fall cleanup chores this week and pruning about 1/3 off our roses in anticipation of a final fall flush of blooms.

OH MY for oh my… as you might not know, i have what seems like am mile of deer fence i want to cover with roses that will really climb and this has given me some ideas. you seem to have a similar growing condition there as here perhaps just more humid? i was not coming up with anything suitable but altissimo but husband doesn’t like the red-it’s very intense single with yellow center. i prefer the lighter palette you’ve planted. i think they’re all quite beautiful and not a speck of mildew or black spot-lucky you!! or maybe you are just a bit more diligent? 🙂
and i thought mary rose just bloomed in the spring? you’ve say she’s prolific so i must be doing something wrong…or maybe she’s not liking where she is. she’s on the deer fence but under the growing wider oak tree. new hopes if i move her!!
