‘Moonstone’ Hybrid Tea | Helen Yoest This Week On Rose Chat Radio

The fall flush of blooms continues in our garden and today I cut 5 beautiful blooms from our shrubs of ‘Moonstone’ – a magnificent hybrid tea. We now have four shrubs of this rose and each shrub delivers a profusion of long stemmed beauties throughout the growing season. If only they were fragrant………

A dear blogging friend, Helen Yoest has written a book that in my opinion is a MUST have for any gardener. It’s not a typical “How To” book, but digs how to develop your personal style as a gardener and add touches to your gardenscape that express who you are.

We will also have live coverage of the American Rose Society Fall Nationals in San Ramon, California from Pat Shanley, Vice President of the ARS.  I hope you’ll join us…

We have a new website, RoseChatRadio.com and also a Facebook Page. Facebook.com/RoseChatRadio. Would love it if you LIKED US on Facebook!

Probably best left unsaid, but…….

Several people have questioned me lately on why I started a radio show about roses. I simply tell them that it was needed. We are filling a gap that exists between those who create, sell and grow roses. Providing good information from a wide range of sources is the best way I knew to begin.  Someone even said, humph, I’ll bet no one listens in… Well, I can report that since we began earlier this year, over 93,000 people have listened to our broadcasts. To all of you who are listening, THANK YOU!

As my son told me; Dad, haters gonna hate……. As always, your comments and feedback are appreciated.  — RR
