That’s My King!

Easter is a time when the faithful gather for worship to commemorate and celebrate the gift of salvation through the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

It is a reminder that we serve an awesome God and he is worthy to be praised.  Being a Christian is not about religion, I don’t know about you, but I’ve had enough religion. It’s about a relationship. A close personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Through study, worship and prayer, I maintain a faith that has pulled me through many “dangers, toils and snares”.  A life of faith is a life of assurance. Not that life will be easy, or comfortable or filled with wealth or riches, but one of resting in the knowledge that in the end, someone’s got my back. That’s my King!
